Carrot pasta with spices
Saw the recipe in a culinary magazine. I rarely make this kind of dish, but it's always interesting to experiment and try something new. Carrots now juicy, very tasty and healthy, why not make a vegetable snack. This paste can be eaten with chips, bread, and cheese, served with boiled potatoes or meat.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

All products in this conditional, of course, can be adjusted to your taste, take the other favorite spices. Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Spices mix. Onion and garlic chop.

On a dry pan fry a little spice.

Add the oil, onions and garlic. Fry until Golden brown.

Add the carrots and simmer on medium heat until soft carrots.

Vegetables cool slightly, place in blender, add soy sauce, lemon juice and water. Grind until a homogeneous mass.
