Salmon
Always salted salmon in only two ways - salt and salt with soy sauce. So I thought - maybe someone will be useful what we use more than one year. Ask - a delicious salmon melt in the mouth!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1.3 g

  • Soy sauce

    75 g

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

I love to brine the tail part - it is more dense and tasty, as for me, in pickling (but it's a matter of taste)

The tail part exempt from the fin and ridge

Remove the skin

Put in the container, pour soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir well

20 minutes later add salt (to taste - I take 6 fillets approximately a tea spoon with a hill of salt)

Separately still doing the same salting, but with the addition of lemon juice (we each eat differently... they spoiled me...)

On the morning of our fish is ready! (a night in the fridge rare places, but this time failed) - in principle, it was ready in about three hours... help yourself!
