Fish in a yoghurt and cream sauce with herbs
As always, looking for variety and found some simple and delicious recipes for cooking fish fillets. Here is one of them! We loved it! Invited to dinner!...

Ingredients

  • Fish

    800 g

  • Greens

    2 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Fish fillet is thawed (if necessary) and cut into portions.

For the marinade: finely chop the parsley and dill, add to the yogurt with sour cream, squeeze the garlic, add cumin and coriander, salt and pepper.

Fish fillets dipped in marinade and leave for 2 hours.

The fish with the sauce put in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200*C for about 20-25 min.

Serve with rice, fresh vegetables, good wine and great mood!
