Potato soup with roasted pumpkin
Simple in execution, but filling and warming soup. Creamy broth with potato straws, pieces of fragrant pumpkin and chicken, with a spicy taste - this soup will warm you and lift your spirits in the cold season!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Chicken breast

    100 g

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Potatoes

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

    1 tsp

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Prepare a large baking dish pumpkin, seasonings, oil and soy sauce. In this recipe I used soy sauce naturally fermented from Kikkoman. He acted as salt pumpkin, not interrupting the aroma of spices and the taste of the pumpkin.
