I have been looking for the recipe for this cake, but without results. Three years ago the first time I tried and today I decided to cook.

Cooking
Ingredients for sponge cake.
Eggs, beat in a lush lather. Add the flour, cocoa and baking powder and slowly stir.

On a greased or parchment paper covered baking sheet using a pastry syringe to isolate small balls. Bake first 15-20 minutes should be at a temperature of 200 degrees. Then the temperature decrease to 150 degrees and dry the cakes for another 10-15 minutes.
Ingredients for the cream (filling of the profiteroles).
In a saucepan pour the milk, put it on the fire and bring to boil. Separately mix the flour, cocoa, sugar and 3 tbsp cold milk until smooth.
To the mixture add gradually the hot milk, until it becomes warm. In boiling over low heat the milk, add the mixture, diminish the fire, stir until then, until the cream starts to boil and become thick.
To the cream add the milk and butter. Stir until smooth.
Profiteroles stuffed with cream using a pastry syringe.
The remaining cream will go to the Assembly of the cake in order to make it more dense and dark, I added 5 chocolate, melted in a water bath.
Put the cake together. Korzh grease cream. Profiteroles dipping into the cream and fold in the form of a pyramid.
Prepare the glaze. Mix 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 tbsp sugar, 4 tbsp milk, bring to a boil, add 50 g of butter. Decorate her cake.
