Sorbet of watermelon with chocolate
I bought a very large watermelon! All ate, well, not disappear-as good? Sorbet made from the pulp of the watermelon with chunks of dark chocolate and cognac. Very tasty turned!

Ingredients

  • Watermelon

    1 kg

  • Dark chocolate

    300 g

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

The flesh of watermelon remove seeds.

Beat in a blender the watermelon, sugar, cognac and chocolate. The chocolate need to cool to sorbet felt the pieces of chocolate.

Pour into shape and put them in the freezer. In the freezing process a few times to mix watermelon chocolate mass.
