Dessert
This year a big crop of apricots, sin not to use it! The heat's all over, you want something refreshing, cold and delicious. I thought, thought and came up with this this dessert. For the contest "Sweet taste of summer".

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    500 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    30 g

  • Ice

    150 g

Cooking

Apricots wash and remove the bones.

With the help of a blender grind the apricots into a puree.

Whisk the cream and icing sugar.

Shred ice to snow conditions.

In the apricot puree, add the ground almonds,

the cream and gently stir.

Put the dessert into glasses, top to put a little whipped cream, sprinkle with grated almonds and chocolate.

Decorate with apricot. Serve immediately after cooking.
