Chocolate cheesecake with liqueur
Delicate cake with chocolate filling. Source La Perla-Julia, for which she thanks.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    175 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Flavor

    0.25 tsp

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Dark chocolate

    250 g

  • Liqueur

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Grind cookies into fine crumbs,add cocoa

Melt the butter

Add melted butter,chocolate flavoring and stir.

Put in a detachable form, covered with baking paper, compacted.

[b]Stuffing[/b] Cheese at room temperature whip with sah.powder

add chocolate liqueur,in my case "Bailey's"

Chocolate melt in a water bath,stir.

Cream. To whip the cream.Enter whipped cream

and melted chocolate, stir with a mixer on low speed.

Spread the filling on the dough, flatten and put into the refrigerator, at least 4 hours or overnight.

Sprinkle cocoa.
