Not far off Christmas and New year, so we can start thinking about the holiday menu. Delicious coffee and citrus cookies for my mom's old recipe, which also will be a worthy decoration of the table.

Here's the original products.
RUB the yolks with the sugar.
Add softened margarine and stir.
With oranges remove the zest, then squeeze the juice.
Zest and juice.
Add coffee and stir.
Add 250 grams of flour.
With flour add half teaspoon of baking soda (to extinguish is not necessary). Mix well and put in a plastic bag and refrigerate for a few hours, but preferably overnight.
