Pie chicken in sour cream
Very hearty, tender and tasty pie.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.3 cup

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • The processed cheese

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Butter slice.

Add the flour and grind into crumbs.

add water, egg yolk and knead the dough.

Place the dough in cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Form of grease with vegetable oil, 2/3 part of the dough out thinly, prick with a fork and bake in preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 25 minutes.
