Cake
Delicious chocolate pie with cranberries.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    750 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cranberry

    1 cup

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

Mix all dough ingredients. It is not liquid, but not tough, soft and quite delicate. Divide in half. The first part is spread in the form greased.

Sprinkle with cranberries, top with sugar.

Spread on top the remaining dough, put it into the preheated oven, bake at 250 – 300 deg. (actually, should be ready in about 30 minutes – 40 in my oven have the oven about an hour, so you have to check with a toothpick, so there are no raw dough)

Cook the glaze. Mix milk, sugar, cocoa, put on a slow fire. And cook, stirring, until thickened. Remove from heat, add the butter, stir.

The finished cake sprinkle with walnuts and cover with the glaze.

That's got such pieces (I glaze something really did not have time to harden; or rather, not given. So a little drip. Not very aesthetically pleasing looks, but tasty). Bon appetit!
