Description
Spend an hour of their time to prepare this dish, especially if you have planned a picnic. There are salty notes, and spicy... and sweet. This snack is really very tasty. It's not like some simple meat pies, because there is the acidity and sweetness of the apples...

Cooking
Melt the butter, add sugar, sliced apples, Kikkoman soy sauce and stew for 10 minutes.
Fry the onions and garlic.
Chop the parsley. To connect it with stuffing, apples and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
The puff pastry I'm a little unrolled. It became a bit more of the original (seen in the photo). Put the stuffing...
... and connect the edges with the beaten egg to glue them.
Both roll away in the freezer to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Then to get them out, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, cut into pieces with a sharp knife. Cold sides also lubricate the egg. Place on a baking paper, greased. Bake at 200 C for 40 minutes.
The finished rolls lay out on a plate and allow to cool. Bon appetit!
