Mussels in tomato batter
Very light and easy to prepare appetizer of mussels in tomato tempura. Also, this batter can be prepared squid rings.

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    500 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix warm tomato juice with the yeast, add the 1st. L. vegetable oil, sugar, salt

Stir in a Cup of flour

Cover and put in a warm place for 30 minutes. The dough on density should be as for pancakes

Mussels thawed and drained. Each mussel to remove "beard" (the protruding bundle of fibers), rinse and drain in a colander, then mix the mussels with the sauce sweet chilli Blue Dragon

Fry the mussels in hot oil, pre-dipped them in the batter
