Eggs squash in multivarka
This easy to prepare recipe squash caviar. Caviar turns out very tender, and tastes several times larger than the store-bought version.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1.5 kg

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater, and the garlic chopped into pieces.

In the bowl multivarki pour oil, put the prepared vegetables and mix well. To include the program "Roasting" cook for 20 minutes under lid stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick.

Zucchini clear, remove seeds and slice them into wedges.

Fold the zucchini into the bowl multivarki to the rest of the vegetables and stir. Close the lid and turn on the program "Quenching" for 1 hour.

An hour later, the vegetables blend immersion blender or prakruti through a meat grinder. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and pepper, stir and cook for another 20 minutes on mode "Stewing". Put into sterile jars and close the lids.
