Cooking
The first thing we need to steam the couscous. This is done very simply - pour cereal into a bowl, pour boiling water on top so that the grain was covered with water by about 1 cm.
Mushrooms wash, peel and cut into slices.
Onion peel and cut into half rings, if you like to feel the onion in the soup. If you are indifferent to the onions, it is better to chop.
In a slow cooker, I have a model Vitek VT-4205 spread the mushrooms and onions, a little olive oil and turn on the broiling function. I even add soy sauce, love it with mushrooms :)) Cook 10 minutes.
Add the couscous, cream and milk. Select the soup program and wait until the soup comes to a boil. I it took 10 minutes.
