Cooking

step-0
To the flour add the vegetable oil and water (hot), knead the dough. It should be soft and elastic. Remove the dough in the package for 20 minutes (leave on the table). In parallel, boil the egg and fry mushrooms (optional to taste), finely chopped.
step-1
In the beef add the chopped onion and grated cheese (the smallest grater). Sprinkle with salt and mix everything. Usually, when cooking dumplings, I add the minced water, but this recipe did not do that.
step-2
Take half of our test and roll out thinly (but a little thicker than regular dumplings). Cup (a Cup) cut out circles...
step-3
Put a piece of stuffing on the dough (too take a little less than the usual dumplings that we would have left more dough for moulding)...
step-4
Formed here is a "flower"... "Petals" are not bonded..
step-5
With scissors, carefully cut each "petal" into 3 pieces and expand them.. it Turns just like a real flower)))
step-6
Roll out second half of dough, but shape our dumplings differently. Like manta rays, only "pockets" and make a little stretch a little wider...
step-7
Boiled egg yolk grind with a fork or trowel. A bowl to steam, covered with foil and grease with vegetable oil (a bit). We post our dumplings and fill: "flowers" - grated egg yolk, "Manty" - mushrooms. Choose in multivarka mode "steaming", set the time 40 minutes (focus on the capabilities of your slow cooker).
step-8
We get such a delicious)))
