Cooking
Chicken hearts are good to wash and soak in cold water for half an hour.
The hearts to trim all the excess, cut them in half and marinate in mixture of soy sauce, mineral water, sugar and the juice of one lemon. Salt (optional) and pepper. Leave for an hour or two.
Arrange on a heated pan along with the marinade. Fry with the lid closed until the complete evaporation of liquid.
When hearts begin to brown, add the chopped onion half rings,
flour. Fry for a few minutes.
Add sour cream and a little water. Stew under a lid for about 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
To serve... what your heart desires! Mine was anything with rice!!!
