Recipe for light and spicy cake on the eve of the new season tomatoes.

Cooking
First preheat the oven (200 C) and prepare the dough. For this take butter, flour, oat flakes, 1 egg yolk, salt on the tip of a knife.
On the bottom of cake put greaseproof paper on top and gently distribute the dough. The batter places pierce with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 C until soft.
Cherry tomatoes cut in half. Egg whites and 1 whole egg mix, add sour cream, crushed garlic and chopped fresh thyme,salt and ground black pepper to taste. All whisk.
The mixture is poured onto the bottom of our cake. On top put the halves of tomatoes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in oven (200 C) for 30 minutes.
Here is a cake turned out! Allow it to cool (I didn't have the patience!)and cut into pieces.
