Cheese soup with smoked sausage
Very very tasty and hearty soup. Cooks very quickly, always helping out when no time for the kitchen, groceries can be found at home in the fridge. This is one of my favorites)

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    700 g

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The processed cheese

    5 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Butter

  • Olive oil

  • Seasoning

  • Sausage

    1 pack

Cooking

Potatoes, onions and carrots chop and put in a pot (I have 3)

Until the vegetables are cooked, we cut the onion and mushrooms, fry, at the end of cooking add a little pepper and salt.

Then cut sausages in small slices.

Cut the cheese into medium-sized pieces.

When starts to boil, put in a pan mushrooms and sausage.

Then we throw the cheese.

Stir until the cheese melts and the soup will be quite white. Then throw in the soup greens. Salt, pepper, add seasoning to taste. I use "Torchin 12 vegetables"
