Had doubts whether to put another blueberry pie. Painfully, many of them appeared in the berry season. But decided to add, because, despite the same name, they are still different. There is a choice. My pie filling is reminiscent of berries with custard, cranberries lends a slightly sour, and the dough I want to eat separately, it is delicate and airy.

Cooking
Soft beat butter with powdered sugar and egg.
Flour mixed with baking powder, add to butter mixture. Knead a soft dough.
Form grease with oil and spread the dough in it, making a low rim.
Whip cream with powdered sugar until thick, add eggs, mix well. Can the mixer on low speed. Add berries.
Pour the cream and berry mixture into the mold and set to bake for 45-55 minutes at 160°C. Willingness to check a splinter. If the top is very much romanitsa, you can cover with foil.
Give good pie to cool and stand, then cut.
