Vietnamese salad with cous-cous
Delicious, fresh, flavorful and hearty salad. In Post can completely replace either lunch or dinner. This salad can be done in two ways: for those Fasting and those not fasting.

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Peanut oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    4 piece

  • Cilantro

    2 Tbsp

  • Mint

    2 Tbsp

  • Peanuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

To prepare the salad take wheat couscous from "Mistral". In a saucepan boil water (in proportion 1 to 2), place the couscous, add salt, stir, remove from heat.

Leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.

Vegetables wash, peel. In cucumber it is recommended to remove the seeds to the salad wasn't excess moisture. Cut thin strips of cabbage. Carrots and cucumber RUB on a grater thin julienne strips.

The cooled couscous gently "wareheim", add chopped vegetables. To them put the chopped green onion rings, melkorublenoy cilantro and mint.

Doing a complex composition of aromatic dressing. Small jar, pour peanut oil (you can take olive), add the sugar, soy sauce, grated on a fine grater garlic, and ginger root, lime juice (or lemon juice), the chili pepper flakes. All vigorously shaken.

Dressed with salad dressing, stir. Divide in half.

For those who are not Fasting do not lean Supplement shrimp. In vegetable oil fry the chopped garlic until a slight aroma.

Add the peeled thawed shrimp and stir a few seconds, allow the shrimp to soak in the fragrant garlic butter.

For the second half of the salad, put the shrimp, sprinkle with roasted salted peanuts. I sprinkled roasted pine nuts, because I do not like peanuts.
