Warm salad with vegetables on the side
I love roasted vegetables and this is my favorite recipe. Maybe because in the cooled down kind with NAPA cabbage is a great salad and hot a great side dish to fish. Or just as an independent second.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Sauce

Onion peeled, not cutting off the bottom, cut into 6 pieces. Garlic disassemble into slices and peel. Carrots cut into sticks, and pepper slices. Ginger finely chopped.

To the vegetables add soy sauce, butter, Tabasco, honey and mix well. Leave for 10 min..

Vegetables put into a form with the sauce. Bake at t=180 min. until soft. If they are not yet ready, and the liquid is small, you can cover the top with foil. Can be served as hot or side dish.

Is it possible for a plate to pick the leaves of the Beijing cabbage and combine with the warm vegetables. Beautiful salad is ready.
