Salad with daikon and seaweed
Delicious, original and bright flavor. Highly recommend.

Ingredients

  • Sea Kale

    1 can

  • Daikon

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Daikon radish peel and cut into very thin slices. Salt and leave for 10 minutes, lightly mix

Onion cut into half rings. Add sugar and vinegar. A little stir and leave for 5 min.

To make the dressing: in a Cup mix the soy sauce, oil and mustard

From daikon to drain the separated liquid. Add seaweed, sesame, dressing. With Luke drain the marinade and add the onion to the salad. Stir and let stand for 30 minutes.
