Cooking
Chicken wash, dry and cut into pieces. If You already cut into pieces, then wash and dry.
The chili peppers, wash and chop, removing seeds. From lemon squeeze the juice. Mix in large bowl the olive oil with lemon juice, Chile and salt.
Put the chicken pieces and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Turn the pieces to other side and return to the fridge for another 30 min.
Meanwhile, onions and garlic to clear, coarsely chop. Parsley wash, dry.
Grind in a blender onion, garlic and parsley. Add the butter and whisk into a homogeneous mass.
Enable Broiling. Remove the chicken from the marinade and, without wiping and fry in the bowl for 5 minutes on each side.
