Christmas duck with apples in a slow cooker
Duck without hassle. Minimum effort, great result! Amazing, soft meat ducks. On the side suggest persimmon, it goes well with any meat. Happy New Year and merry Christmas!

  • Black pepper

Two apples cut into wedges.

Stuff the duck (weighing about 1.5 kg) apples, skin sewn with thread. Season with salt and pepper.
