Tomato soup with seafood
I want to offer the recipe of delicious tomato seafood soup. Soup turns out very rich and nourishing. However, it does not harm the figure. Invite!

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    350 g

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Herring

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Saffron

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Seafood washed in hot water.

Pour 0.5 liters of water. Put on the fire.

Onions finely chop, garlic cut into petals. In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the onion and garlic until Golden brown. Add to the pot with the seafood.

Tomato cut into cubes with sides 1.5 cm and fry while stirring for a couple of minutes in the same pan, where grilled onions and garlic.

Roasted tomato spread in a saucepan. Add the ground black pepper. Pour in the tomato juice.

Bring the soup to a boil and add the saffron, dry Basil, herbes de Provence and lemon juice. Stir, taste and season with salt to taste. After boiling, cook for about 7 minutes.

To turn off the stove and leave the soup to stand for 5 minutes and serve.
