Soup seafood
I live in the Primorsky Krai. We love to catch and cook fish, squids, mussels, scallops, shrimp. Seafood balanced in composition, they are easily absorbed by the body and are a low calorie diet. Diet based on the consumption of seafood reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, helps fight excess weight and even (checked temperamental Italians) increases libido. This recipe I picked up from eldest daughter. No wonder they say: live and learn. The soup is very light and low in calories.

Ingredients

  • Seafood

    450 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Shrimp

    9 piece

Cooking

Frozen seafood reheated in a pan, saute 5 min. Add the oil and lightly fry.

The potatoes are cooked, drain the broth; pound the potatoes into a puree, adding potato broth gradually until desired consistency is reached (do not forget that we will have to add cream)

Finely chop the onion, fry until Golden brown

Mix all in a blender. Put into a saucepan, add the cream and sour cream, add salt, bring to a boil the soup is ready. You can decorate the whole prawns.
