Cooking
3 eggs, 150 g sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon cocoa
Whip the white, and doubled. Immediately apologize for the photo, but the last time therefore I cook in the evenings... the Last warm days we spend on the street...
Melt margarine and cool slightly.
Add to the dough, margarine, sour cream, and rye flour. Stir. Then add 0.5 cups of cold milk.
Add sifted flour mixed with soda. By the way, you can do without soda, and then the wafers are very crispy, but tougher.
Add remaining 0.5 Cup. cold milk, stir and 20 minutes in the cold.
Meanwhile, prepare the fondant. In a saucepan pour the sugar. Two glasses is enough.
Sugar pour in the warm cream, stir, bring to a boil.
Then add the honey and cook the fondant for 20-25 minutes on low heat. Ready fondant.
Preheat the waffle iron. Stir the dough. For the first waffles I greased the waffle iron with vegetable oil, then were not lubricated. In the middle of the waffle iron pour 1 - 1.5 tbsp of dough. Depending on what size waffle maker you need.
And fry waffles. If just a light brown color, the waffle will be soft, but also very tasty. If fried color, the waffle to be more crispy. If you are going to grease and fold, then do it immediately, then they just break.
For waffles, pour 1-2 teaspoons of sweets.
Smeared across the wafer.
And turn into triangles or whatever you want... It's the morning of your photos that I managed to keep up a normal photo shoot... Top is also desired to pour fondant. In the morning it became like taffy...
Here razrezik... Divinely delicious... help yourself and you! Especially because today I am going to bake another batch of waffles...
