Very simple but very good recipe from Stelios Pallaresa! Jelly tasty and aromatic, moderately sweet. Perfect to finish the meal. Of course, fruit can be replaced according to the season.

Cooking
Soak gelatin in cold water. In a blender grind the strawberries along with sugar. If the entire amount is not put into the blender, then divide the sugar accordingly, the amount of strawberries.
About a third of the strawberry mass we shift into a saucepan and heated.
Squeeze the gelatine and add to hot strawberry mixture. Very good mix to gelatin is fully dissolved.
Stirring constantly, add the strawberry mixture with the gelatin in the remaining cold strawberry mixture. Put jelly in the fridge and wait when the mixture starts "to grow heavy".
Add chopped apricots, stir and spread on a La carte glasses. Put in the refrigerator until fully cured.
