Squid salad with lemon-mustard sauce
The salad made a recipe from the magazine "Burda" for 2012, with my slight modifications. Light and delicate with interesting flavors, this salad is perfect for stroynaya persons.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    2 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Jam

    3 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Carcasses squid boil until tender in salted water. Most importantly, do not digest, they should be soft. I boil 3 minutes.

Vegetables cut into cubes.

Salad wash. Part torn to pieces by the hands, some leave the leaves for decoration.

Cut onion into thin rings.

Squid also cut into rings. The components of the mix. Put in a salad bowl.

In a bowl combine jam, mustard, olive oil, salt. Whisk until smooth. Pour salad.
