Description

Tomato soup with lentils and couscous
This first dish is so rich that the second may not be necessary!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    0.5 cup

  • Couscous

    0.5 cup

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Broth bring to a boil, add lentils, boil for 20 minutes.

Finely chop onions, tomatoes and pepper cut into small cubes. Vegetables simmer in vegetable oil on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Steamed vegetables add to the soup, cook for 5 minutes.

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman", cook for another 5 minutes.

Add couscous, bell pepper, cook 2-3 minutes. Soup cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
