Soup-puree of green peas
This is quite a hearty soup - for the Amateur, because it has a sweet flavor.

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    100 g

Cooking

Peas put in boiling salted water. Bring to boil, cook for 30 minutes.

Until cooked peas, cut and fry the onion. Finely chop the dill.

Potatoes cut into cubes/strips. Add to the peas. Cook for 15 minutes. Add onion, dill. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Soup RUB through a sieve or beat with a blender into a puree.

Bread cut into cubes, fry.

Serve the soup with sour cream and croutons.
