Very tasty rice with liver and vegetables. The flavors are flown in the preparation, it was impossible to wait, when all will be ready. Be sure to try this incredibly tasty dish.

Cooking
Prepare all the products on the list
After boiling, 1, 5 liters of water to drop two bags of the rice, add salt and put the timer for 25 minutes.
Liver rinse, dry with paper towel, cut all the veins.
Marinate the liver for a few minutes while we prepare the vegetables. Add grated fresh ginger, garlic. Pour in the olive oil, stir and set aside.
Preheat the pan with 2 tbsp oil. Roll in flour the liver and spread into the pan. Over high heat, stir fry the liver for 4-5 minutes. Then place them on a plate.
In the remaining 2 tbsp oil, fry the diced pepper and celery, feathers chopped onions, grated carrots.
Add to vegetables all the remaining spices: cinnamon, cloves, allspice, curry, hot pepper, salt. Mix well.
Put the liver to the vegetables and on low heat to warm, while cooking the rice, stirring for a few minutes.
Rice out of the boiling water, give drain water, spread on a large platter, lay the liver on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with green onions. Bon appetit!
