Cottage cheese pie in a pumpkin
This recipe can be described in two words: tasty and healthy. Will appeal to both adults and children, even if you don't like wheat, then it is absolutely not audible. The taste is very delicate and harmonious, and most importantly, this dish is 100% diet. Can be eaten for Breakfast, snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Wheat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Honey

Cooking

For cooking it is advisable to take a small sweet pumpkin. Cut the pumpkin in half, clean from seeds.

Remove the flesh with a spoon or knife, leaving the walls about 2 cm.

For convenience (not to fall), the pumpkin put in a Cup or form. Smear the inside of pumpkin brush with vegetable oil, put in heated to 200 degrees oven, bake 20 minutes.

While baked pumpkin, take a food processor, in the bowl of downloadable pieces of carved pumpkin and cottage cheese. Grind, stir. You can, of course, in the absence of processor, grate the pumpkin and just mix with cream cheese with a mixer. For more dimiceli can take low fat cottage cheese.

Add salt, egg, vanilla, sour cream. Sour cream can be replaced by low-fat plain yogurt. Mix everything.

Put sugar in the bowl of a food processor. Put sugar to taste and depending on sweetness of the pumpkin. Mix everything.

Carefully (hot!) get the pumpkin out of the oven. Put inside the pumpkin curd. Put back in oven and bake until tender about 40 minutes. The top of the filling should be Golden.

The finished casserole can be served immediately, hot or eaten cold. Optional sprinkle with cinnamon or top with honey. Bon appetit!
