Chicken sausages with cheese
Homemade sausage with no preservatives. Especially for younger fans. The original was taken by alia. Made a bit of changes and you have the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Baton

    1 slice

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

Take a slice of loaf (plain, like a sandwich, you can do without it, but for my taste the sausage more tender work) and fill with warm milk. Give a little stand. In a blender (or grinder) grind chicken, onion, loaf in puree mass. Put in a bowl. Add milk (which swelled loaf), egg, grated cheese, salt and seasonings.

Take plastic wrap (for heat treatment!) and spread 1 tablespoon of weight.

Spin and stamps. Shape the sausages. Cut the film and twist and tie ends with a knot. I got 7 large sausages)

Drop sausages in boiling water for 15 minutes. If you make a small sausage, then boil and 10 minutes.
