Delicious, crumbly, airy, sugar candies that melt in your mouth!! Will appeal not only to children but also for adults!

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Coconut shavings

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    250 g

Cooking

Dissolve 50 g sugar 1 tbsp water

A baking sheet covered with parchment paper, lightly greased with oil

In a small saucepan, mix 20 0g of sugar and syrup (sugar dissolved with water). Mix well. Melt the sugar over moderate heat. Reduce the heat to low.

Add the dissolved in 1-2 tsp water baking soda into the sugar (not to interfere with, the mixture will foam and greatly increase in volume).

Then remove from heat and quickly pour onto cookie sheet, flatten. Sprinkle with nuts.

Chocolate melt in a water bath (microwave) and pour over the caramel, sprinkle with coconut. Put in the fridge for 20 min.

Frozen caramel to break into small pieces. Drink tea, candy melt in your mouth!!
