Curd-lemon cookies
Very soft, with a delicate aroma of lemon. My daughter asks for them again and again.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

Cooking

Mix cottage cheese, sugar, egg, well grind. For me, it makes my processor.

Add warm (but not hot) melted butter, honey.

Stir again. Then add flour mixed with baking powder. Knead the dough.

Put the dough on a work surface. After you add the zest of ½ lemon. Knead with your hands to evenly peel. The dough is soft, light, very pleasant.

From dough to roll into balls. We did it with her daughter. Lay on a lightly oiled baking sheet, or lay a baking paper. Bake in pre-heated to 180-200*oven for 15-20 minutes, baking time depends on your oven.

Decorate the top with frosting. I mixed powdered sugar with water (2st. L. powder, 1/3 tbsp of water). the glaze should be very runny, but thick as sour cream.
