"New year to us rushes..." When I hear this song in advertising ten times a day, actually think: "And after all soon New year." I decided to make a salad to be on the network, and something like forgotten old and new at the same time.

Cooking
First, prepare sauce. To do this, take the mayonnaise, sour cream, herring, pickled cucumber and garlic.
Put all in blender and grind.
Here's the sauce, not very nice, but spicy, sour and salty.
Peeled potatoes RUB on a coarse grater.
Also grate the eggs.
Finely chop the green onions.
Mix everything with the sauce. Next, I was placed in a bowl (a big soup mug), lined with cling film. Overturn on a plate and top RUB on a small grater cheese.
Now, this salad, is good as an appetizer because of the inherent spiciness and saltiness.
