Salad
Why is the name of this salad, I never found myself a salad from the book "Gourmet salads", easy to prepare and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Figure

    400 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Mascarpone

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Greens

Cooking

Shape cover with cling film, lay out plates of fish

Put the cooked rice, pressing down well (left some rice)

Beat eggs, fry in butter with the addition of grated cheese, allow to cool, cut into strips and put on top of rice

Salmon mash with a fork (drain the juice), lay on top

Whip the cream to peaks, continuing to whisk, add the mascarpone and fluff layer with salmon

Again put a layer of rice, grated (squeeze!!!) cucumber

Top - chopped greens with onions and liberally spreading it with mascarpone cream

Cover with cling film and leave to soak Before serving flip over onto a plate. I have made whipped cream with mascarpone.
