ingredients for the dough,knead the dough,flour may need more. the dough shouldn't stick to hands. allow to soak for 10 minutes. tear off a piece and put in a form that mash with your hands throughout the mold,if you want to fill with salad tartlets,the dough and pour the beans or peas,and bake at 220g,10-15 minutes but if like me,spread the dough on the mold,peel the potatoes,grate,add salt and pepper,add narrow strips of ham,protein,mix,fill the tartlets. bake at 200g,25 minutes,pull it out,sprinkle with cheese and put to melt cheese. serve with any vegetable salad.
