Jellied eggs with peas
Eggs have always been considered a symbol of life and good health. But sometimes bored. How to make banal the eggs were cooked again...

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Gelatin

  • Salt

Eggs boil, cool, peel from the shell and chop 3 eggs into quarters 2 slices.

Green peas blanched in 400 ml. of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Broth pour into a separate dish, and the peas immediately rinse with cold water, so that it is not changed the color.

The broth is prisolit to taste and dissolve in it gelatin. The packaging says that 400 ml. need 1 tablespoon, but I doubled the dose. On the bottom of the form (like cake pan) place a layer of polka dots on the walls of the egg quarters. Pour the broth and give a little "grab".

Add remaining quarters, peas and broth. Allow to solidify.

Spread the rest of the peas, cover with egg slices and pour the remaining broth with the gelatin. Put in refrigerator to congeal.

When the filler hardens completely, flip and remove from the mold onto a plate. Decorate with sprigs of herbs, I used tarragon. Such wash the eggs very well file a horseradish sauce. Nice appetite!
