Cooking
Molds for cakes of grease, sprinkle semolina (flour) and place in the cold. Separate the yolks from the whites, set the whites aside in the refrigerator. I don't use them. The yolks and white, adding sugar.

Roll the dough in a layer 1 cm. Cut out circles bigger than the ramekins.

Bake tarts in oven until light Browning. By the time I turned about 25 minutes. Remove and carefully remove the tarts from the molds. Cooling them.
For the cream I used dry cream for whipping. Just dissolve them in cold milk and whipped with a mixer.
