Cooking
Grind margarine with flour, add sour cream mixed with egg yolks and knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts, then each into 10 small balls. Each ball roll in flour and place in the fridge for 3 hours, however, I stood only 2.
To prepare the filling: beat the whites with the sugar in a thick foam, grind the nuts, raisins wash and dry.
Balls out thinly. Mid to put the stuffing: 1 teaspoon of raisins, a range of 1 teaspoon of nuts and top with 1 teaspoon of meringue.
Fold the dough in half, pressing the middle finger.
Take one edge and fold to the other edge and press firmly. The middle should not be pushed.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. To the remains of the beaten egg whites, you can add shredded coconut, a little flour and bake the meringues, which I did. Shell is still hot sprinkle with icing sugar.
Here they are turned inside: delicate, airy, flaky.
Dasha returned from her grandmother, tasted the cookies and put a plus sign. Try now and you, dear cooks!
