Quick mushroom soup with beans
This hearty, warming soup with a wonderful flavor and bright taste will help to diversify Your dining menu. And its preparation will not take much time. For the recipe thanks to Andrew Rudikova.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Corn flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Dried mushrooms, rinse and cover with water so that it completely covers them.

While the mushrooms marinate, wash and finely chop the onion.

The pan pour vegetable oil and fry the chopped onion until transparent. Then add corn flour and on medium heat fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Broth (preferably meat, but vegetable will do) put it on the fire, add the mushrooms (with the water) and bring to a boil.

After boiling add the onion-flour mixture, bring to a boil. Open a jar of canned beans, drain the water (if desired, the beans can be rinsed).

In the soup to throw beans, salt, pepper and herbs. When the soup comes to a boil, keep it on heat for another 5 minutes.
