Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Bay leaf

  • Salt

  • Onion

  • Carrots

The language is boiled for 3 hours, then add the spices: Bay leaf, salt, onions, carrots. And cook another hour.

Welded tongue dipped into cold water and the skin is removed, like a sock.

Stir fry mushrooms with onion, evaporated all the moisture and pour cream. Stirring constantly, evaporated cream to pulp, add salt, pepper, garlic.

Cut into julienne language (can be diced, as you like).
