Salad with broccoli, walnuts and Parmesan
Healthy and delicious salad with a wonderful dressing.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    350 g

  • Olives

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Parmesan

    30 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

    1 coup

Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences (not very finely) and blanch in weakly boiling water for about 3 minutes. Who likes softer, it is possible and longer. Drain the water and rinse with cold water to preserve the color.

Basil is finely chopped. Walnuts (not crushed!) fry on a dry pan. Olives cut into halves (you can not cut).

For dressing mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, wine, honey, salt and pepper.

Broccoli mixed with olives, nuts, Basil and season with dressing.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bon appetit!
