Cooking
The products that I used
Sausage also shreds (you can do sausages, I had just smoked)
Fry the onion until transparent, add carrots, deep fried and make it become a beautiful Golden color
Thoroughly wash peas and put cooked (to the stage when they start to soft after boiling on a small fire after boiling, 1-1.5 hours) in a separate pan.
Put cooking the broth ( don't like oily soups, so the broth I have is not rich, only 1 drumstick and a small onion. Add salt and spices to taste as the broth is ready, add the potatoes when ready, add potatoes fried vegetables with sarengo peas, drain off water, and add to the soup and then sausage. Bread cut into cubes and dry them in the oven. Served sprinkled with herbs and croutons:)
