White soup
Delicious light soup, also to prepare quickly.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    5 piece

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Allspice

Cooking

Boil the potatoes until cooked and mash into a puree. The water in the pot does not drain!

Onions chop cubes and fry in butter.

Sausage cut into slices.

When the onion is browned, add sausage. Fry until Golden brown.

The egg stir in a glass until smooth.

Potato in boiling water put potatoes, onions+sausages. A thin stream pour the egg continuously stirring the broth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Boil a couple of minutes.
