Old-fashioned carrot cake
Why old-fashioned? Because it was prepared by my grandmother. A gentle, slightly moist, colorful and delicious - that's how I would describe this cupcake. Try it - you'll love it!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Honey

    2 tsp
