Scones with jam
Was looking for a recipe for donuts that are baked in the oven and found this one. Do not really like fried in oil, so I found an alternative.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Jam

  • Flour

    350 g

Cooking

In warm milk dissolve yeast, add sugar, salt, melted butter and egg yolks. Whisk

Knead the dough sifted flour, adding portions. Hands grease with vegetable oil.

Remove the dough in a deep bowl, cover with cling film, put on 2 hours in a warm place (I'm on slow cooker)

Once the dough has risen by 2-3 times, to press down it and to form little balls

Put balls on a greased baking sheet, give 20 minutes for proofing. Bake in hot oven 15-20 minutes at t-190*

Hot products to grease melted butter

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool

Then each piece is cut do not end up with a knife
